Subjects Taught

I graduated from Watertown High School in 2007. I then completed my teacher education training at Tennessee Technological University where I recieved my Bachelors in Education with a concentration in 4-8 Multidisciplinary Studies. In May of 2014, I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Masters in Library Science.

This is my first year as a school librarian, and I am so excited to be sharing it with the wonderful 9th grade students in Lincoln County. What a great year we are going to have!

I was raised in Watertown, a small community in Middle Tennessee. My husband and I moved to Lincoln County in the summer of 2012. He works for TWRA as a fisheries technician at Normandy Fish Hatchery. We live in Flintville where we love to garden and spend time out doors.

I have a love for reading, and I hope to pass that along to the students at NGA. I look forward to working with our students and suggesting great books for our students.
